WHERE HEALING DEEPENS AND TRANSFORMATION TAKES ROOT
Compassionate and Collaborative Therapy for Individuals, Partnerships, and Families across all of Colorado

Whether a recent event has prompted your decision to seek therapy, or you're hoping to put something down that you've been holding for years, I am glad you are here. Overwhelming life events can disrupt our sense of stability and make connection feel out of reach, leaving you caught in familiar, frustrating cycles.
Together, we can explore your experiences and create room to reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been carrying too much for too long. Whether you come as an individual, with your partner, or as a family, we will work together to process painful or traumatic experiences while cultivating clarity, nurturing compassion, and building resilience.
Therapy provides a space where your authentic self can be seen, understood, and held with care. I am here to walk alongside you—with warmth, curiosity, and respect—as you take meaningful steps toward deeper connection with yourself and the important relationships in your life.

Hi, I'm Kara.

I center my work around creating a secure and supportive therapeutic relationship, and providing opportunities for all experiences and emotions to be explored. I utilize a systems approach, meaning I seek to understand relational patterns and histories to bring compassion and understanding to our behaviors. I believe this is the way that we heal, and hope to help folx who are feeling disconnected, reconnect. I draw primarily from Circle of Security, Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems.

I am excited and deeply committed to my work as a Marriage and Family Therapy Candidate. I feel privileged to be in a position to support the well-being of adults, partners, and families through the process of therapy, and am dedicated to the ongoing work of learning and improving my abilities as a mental health professional. I approach this work with respect, gratitude and curiosity, and want to serve as a holistic resource for healing and growth.

I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Denver, and a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Regis University.
